Strategic Partnership

Hanoi, August 05, 2025 – Midland & Partners Law Firm (Vietnam) and Nishizawa International Law Office (Japan) have officially entered into a strategic Partnership and Collaboration Agreement to jointly provide integrated legal services across Vietnam, Japan, Thailand, and other jurisdictions in Asia.

This partnership aims to enhance both law firms’ capabilities in delivering cross-border legal solutions, particularly in the areas of corporate law, foreign investment, M&A, fintech, dispute resolution, and regional business advisory. Under the agreement, the two firms will:
